The Finocchio Retreat: Come to Italy in 2027!

If I’m being honest, sometimes when I write posts detailing all of my gay and glorious adventures in Italy, I feel a little guilty. I always wish I could bring you along the for the ride.

Well, now I’m doing just that: In July 2027, I’m hosting the first-ever Finocchio Retreat at a luscious villa outside Rome. We’ll be a cozy and queer group of 12, and we’ll fill our days with a magical mix of relaxation, relationship-building, and shame-busting.

The retreat is only open to my paid subscribers (there’s still time to upgrade 😉), and registration is now live! You can reserve your spot today witha 50% deposit.

During our five days together, I’m hoping to create a beautifully queer, expansive and joyful space to relax and connect.

This retreat won’t be about sight-seeing (though you can easily do that before or after, given the villa’s proximity to Rome and everything else Italy has to offer).

Instead, we’ll be spending our time together at the villa: Enjoying our daily yoga classes, playing in the pool, deepening our friendships and sharing beautiful meals. (The program will also evolve as folks register and I get a better sense of preferences and desires for the retreat).

Everything I do at Finocchio is about liberating queer people through the power of art, storytelling and community. That’s what this retreat is about too. So, imagine five days of relaxing, bonding and laughing—but also learning how to embody your most unapologetically queer self yet.

That depends! I’ll be there, as will fellow Finocchio and yoga-teacher Ryan. The remaining 10 spots are up to you all.

The retreat will be English-speaking. You don’t have to be American to attend, but you should be a strong English speaker.

The retreat is going be a sex-positive space. We’ll establish some ground-rules as a group, and then allow our time together to get as spicy was we please.

The villa is also going to be clothing-optional. We’ll be free to lounge by the pool and wander through the house without textiles.

Each guest at the retreat will have a private photoshoot with me at the villa that will last about an hour. The session will be tailored to your needs—it can as wholesome or horny as you want! After the retreat, you’ll receive a digital album with your edited photos.

Signing up for the retreat requires a 50% deposit of $875. Your second payment of $875 will be due by May 3.

If you decide to cancel your registration, you are entitled to a refund of your 50% depsosit until May 3. After that, I am unable to offer refunds.

In the very unlikely event I need to cancel the retreat, you will be given as much advance notice as possible, and receive a full refund of your registration fees.
